IMG 3010 Blackwit Ringed

Black-tailed Godwit - (Limosa limosa) with rings. The International Wader Study Group (IWSG) advise that this bird was ringed as a female on the The Swale at RSPB's Elmley Marshes, Isle of Sheppey, Kent on 22nd December 2011 and that this photograph (dated as under) was the first re-sighting of the bird.
